Herbs to soothe nerves and calm stress
I’ve collected my personal favorite anti-anxiety herbs to create a tincture that is both a nervous system toner and immediate soother. Anxiety soother contains herbs to ease symptoms related to panic such as physical tension, racing heart, spiraling thoughts, and other common symptoms when you’re feeling on edge.
Ingredients: He Huan Pi (albizzia bark), skullcap, vervain, oatbuds, lemon balm, Da Zao (jujube), vegetable glycerin, and grain alcohol.
Suggested Dose: Try a dose of 2-3 droppers full (60-90 drops) for more immediate effects, or a dropper full (30 drops) a day for overall anxiety and nervous system support.
