Returns

Tangerine accepts returns of all full price online-only purchases, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the receipt of your order. All items that are returned for exchange or refund must have their original packaging.
All purchases made in-store or purchased on discount are final sale.


Return Shipping Costs

Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
US customers will be charged $5 for return shipping.
Please contact customer service for a return label.


Shipment Pricing

We ship worldwide! All shipments are weight based and will be calculated at checkout.


Local Pickup

We offer free local pickups for customers who live in the New York City area. You will be prompted to choose local pickup at checkout.


Shipping Policies

We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.

International Customers – Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. Tangerine is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest you contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.


Taxes & Duties

New York State residents will be charged 4% State Tax, in addition to a County Tax based on the county in which you reside.

International Customers – Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. Tangerine is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.
